Please use the shipping calculator located in the shopping cart. Just
add the item(s) you wish to purchase, then enter your zip/postal code.
You will get quotes from a variety of shipping methods.
Question: I live in the area and was wondering if you have a retail shop.
Answer:
Unfortunately, no. I am currently online only. I work hard to offer
value to the customer and a retail store will only provide more costs
at this point. I can say "I've been there, and done that!"
Question: Why is there no phone number under "contact info?"
Answer:
I used to post my phone number for contact, but I started to get too
many telemarketing calls. It got to the point where the telemarketing
calls were seriously hindering the customer calls. I am still debating
about posting it again, but for right now just use the contact form
located under "contact us."
If you do need to talk with me, no
problem. Include that in the message and I'll send you my phone number.
If you prefer not to make the call, simply include a phone number where
you can be reached, and I'll call you. Believe me, I'll call you. I
call EVERYBODY back.
Question: Do you offer volume discounts?
Answer: Yes, if this is for a group of friends or a sanctioned
team, you'll get the same discount. Orders will need to be in larger
qty's. I need at least three framesets or three wheelsets to consider a
discount.

Question: Do you sponsor teams or clubs?
Answer: Absolutely, this is where we get our name from! We offer volume discounts for teams or groups. The discount percentage increases dependent on the dollar amount purchased. Discounts start at 20% and go up from there. Some vendors such as ZIPP, HED, and others are excluded from these volume prices.
