Just wanted to say "Thank you!" All the parts arrived quickly and well packed.

I love the carbon parts in so many types and styles. Being new to cycling can be overwhelming trying to figure out which part is best suited for my level of riding. Here I can buy the stuff at the sporting goods store in town, the staff is able to read the catalog descriptions to me, but have been unable or perhaps unwilling to answer my questions. I know my questions are rookie questions, but the responses I've received from Cycle Club Sports representatives are clear, to the point and they are willing to keep explaining until I understand the answer. The product selection and prices are great, but the knowledgeable folks is what sells me on Cycle Club Sports.

Just wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I appreciate the help in selecting the right stem and aero bars for my bike earlier this season. Your insight, knowledge and understanding of the needs of the position as well as your extensive knowledge of the product lines you carry made me very comfortable in making this purchase. Normally, I do not make sizeable web purchases, however, you made me feel like I could depend on you to get the order straight. The turnaround time for delivery was significantly better than our local "pro shops" which didn't carry the size I wanted and felt that a ten business day delivery date was acceptable. Additionally, they kept trying to steer us towards a product which was much costlier, without regard for our budget, or my dislike of the product. I do not consider "you'll get used to them" to be a ringing endorsement for buying a $1,200/set aerobar. Again, thank you for your time, assistance and the outstanding delivery time.
